Elevations currently has three grant cycles per year – March, July, and November. This is for families of children with special needs to apply for assistance with out-of-pocket therapy services costs for their child.
Copays, deductibles, under-insured, and uninsured costs of therapies as well as special home equipment and other therapeutic services are eligible for consideration.

The application is two parts, one for parents to complete and one for the child’s therapist/clinic to complete.
Discuss the application process with your clinic for eligibility. If your clinic has not previously worked with Elevations, please have them contact info@elevationsspokane.org.
Grant applications are accepted for therapy costs and/or therapeutic equipment, deductibles, coverage assistance.
Share the application with your provider and ensure it is fully completed by the corresponding deadline. The provider will verify the cost associated with co-pay and provide further detail on the therapeutic equipment needed.
