A Children’s Therapy Resource Foundation
Elevations was established in 2012 by committed medical professionals, families of children with special needs, and community members who see too many children with physical and mental challenges who could be helped by therapy but who have limited or no resources to meet the cost. In November of 2013, we filled our first funding requests.

With the help of our community Elevations has funded 1,287 grants totaling over $835,000 since inception.
In 2023 Elevations funded 265 grants requests totaling $169,577 during our normal 2023 grant cycles. Elevations funded an additional 168 grants during a special funding cycle for children age birth to 3 totaling $69,690. This brings the total grant requests funded in 2023 to 433 totaling $239,267.
Our goal is for every child who can be helped by therapy to receive the resources and support they need to reach their full potential regardless of diagnosis, family income, or insurance limitations. Families should not have to choose between putting food on the table or ensuring their children get the help they need for healthy development and a fulfilling life.
